Nice post.

I say,

Using a good hair salon is key to great hair care. But how do you select the right hair salon from the many choices available?
You can do to guarantee that you always receive the best hair cuts, latest professional techniques and stellar service is to choose the right hair salon. Granted, that is easier said than done. With hair salons on practically every street corner, narrowing down your options to find the right salon can be confusing.

(Sorry it took me so long to check this out) I'm going to print a copy for Mom and Dad, in case they've never seen it.

I enjoyed this post. My trainer (who won at Devon many years ago) once told me she never met a dumb dressage rider. Some of the concepts in dressage are so esoteric, you do have to have a mind that can grasp very abstract ideas and translate them into action.

I think this is a very go connection for women. I would like to start my own business for homeless women (Day Center) where they can come research jobs, build self-esteem, express inner thoughts and be apart of a caring team though facilitators.
Can you give me some advice? I have major ideals and I would like to put them to use. I am very effective with Community outreach

Thank you,

This is a hot topic for me right now and it is good to know that others grapple with it too. I know that eliminating challenges and consequences is detrimental to kids. It is in the persevering THROUGH things that people truly learn and gain confidence and skill (as the bible says, persevering grows faith and maturity). Also, if kids don't go through things, they do become paralyzed in facing problems. My husband has seen this at the university level where he taught. Students who cannot find answers for themselves. This will hurt them and our society. How will they even find solutions in every day life? Who will find new solutions to our countries problems? I do know one thing, that being there for our kids, listening, asking questions, and training them in the basic principles (respect, getting along with peers, etc.) is always okay. When it comes to communicating with teachers, it is always okay to share information and ask questions, as the article suggested. Easier said than done to hold back sometimes and let the kids learn through mistakes, but I am trying to get the balance!

I found this article really interesting; it further highlights the increasing rate of people that are being adversely affected by stress. Who is to say why stress is affecting so many of us, it could be today’s society, who knows? Living in England it is not an issue which is taken very seriously and i am the first to admit i am the biggest stress head. i have found this site Healthwise Global www.healthwise-global.com which is fantastic for helping manage stress i hope it helps any one who is reading this article.

YES! Please tell me! I think the embarrassment of receiving the knowledge is so much easier to deal with than getting home and wondering how many people saw the "boogie" or whatever!

A popular female talk show host did her own little study on the very same topic. She went to a mall an walked around with escalating degrees of "boogies" - lipstick on teeth, toilet paper on her shoe, and finally, the dreaded skirt tucked into panties(ARGH!). It was amazing how many people saw, recognized her, and kept going.

I'll tell you and you MUST tell me!

Sooooooooo funny! I agree with you, Suzanne. I'd want to be told and I do point things out to others...It's like passing gas, everyone does it and yet we are so embarrassed to admit it; as if we are some kind of a super humans. I have a friend that tries to sneak 'em out, all of the time, and when I smell it I say something in general about it. Recently I've become more direct. I ask the question...but she always says; "No, that wasn't me." So, I'm pointing it out, repeatedly, not to embarrass her but so she knows that she is not being as sneaky as she thinks she is! I want to train her to go into another room, the bathroom or, at least, show some respect and walk away...Heck, she could even make a joke about it, or confide that she has a medical condition, or something...but, unfortunately, she won't...she doesn't get it. She knows that I have a keen sense of smell. What's up with that? Deny all you want, Chickie, those farts were your!!!! Eventually, if she keeps it up, I'm going to really have to embarrass her!!! After all she has trained me to recognize her particular scent...ugh....
